- Harvesting Olive Fruits:We ensure timely picking of olives, opting for early harvesting to guarantee high-quality oil. Skilled workers with extensive experience handpick the fruits, preserving them in ventilated crates, and transporting them directly to the press on the same day to avoid losing the oil’s natural properties.
- Pressing Olive Fruits:We press olive fruits using stages that ensure high quality, with the first press cold press to preserve the nutritional elements in the oil.It is stored in dedicated tanks for preserving edible olive oil and filtered using cellulose-based specialized filters.
